If I could give zero stars for our, “Buyer’s Agents” I would. For having two of them partnered up for whatever reason, we as the home buyers still had to handle almost everything and communication was like a poorly played game of telephone. Like others have mentioned in the reviews (unless they have been deleted by now) they also aren’t present on closing day. Platinum Realty will be my forever Brokerage. The transaction team is so responsive to anything I need. The brokers are Really helpful to handle any questions. Oh, and who doesn't pay extra for all this help??? Me! I was with two other large, well known brokerages before joining Platinum and I cannot be happier here!
