I met David recently, inquired about selling my house and we were a go. It took us 2 months to get the house from getting ready to sell to sold officially today. He provided enough insight to my knowledge and willingness to work. The whole time, he checked on the progress and gave insight as well. David is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and process as a buyer. When we bought our first home, he guided us through the process and was very helpful on what we needed to take care of and be aware of during the transition. When we encountered difficulties, David was very quick to work through them and help us reach compromises that would work with our schedule and budget. I would highly recommend him for anyone buying or selling a home.
