I’ve lived at one of their properties for a year and a half and I’ve never had such a smooth experience with property management. They were friendly, helpful, direct and understanding. Any maintenance requests were dealt with incredibly fast. On one occasion I had to share negative feedback on a company used for maintenance and they were very receptive and supportive of this. I couldn’t recommend Platinum Realty enough and I pray that my next rental has property management as good as this!
Nadine manages our property brilliantly - with as much care as if it were her own. We have found her to be communicative, incredibly resourceful & swift to arrange any maintenance required. She’s also available to chat when required. We know our property is in safe hands wi the Platinum as property managers.
Nadine has been the absolute best to deal with. After trying to secure a place for 6 months with no luck and lots of unprofessional experiences, Nadine was a breath of fresh air, prompt correspondence, kind and a real care for people. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
