Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Platinum Property. After raising concerns directly and having conversations about the lack of communication, nothing has improved. We have been waiting for updates regarding a damaged fence, despite multiple emails, phone calls, and messages. We have not even been provided with a temporary fence, while tenants managed by other real estate agencies in similar situations have.
