Sadly, this was the worst experience in all my years of home ownership and dealing with contractors. It started well with Todd responding promptly to my inquiry and having Sebastien come to take photos and then send me a quote. Once I signed contract we settled on a date for my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers to be removed for offsite spraying and settled on a week for onsite work when my wife and I would be away. I could not recommend Platinum Pro Painters more. From my first contact with Todd, to working directly with Sebastian, everyone on the team was timely, professional and, above all, kind. By the time I got to the painting step of my home renos, I was tired of feeling taken advantage of by contractors and Platinum Pro Painters was the complete opposite of every other experience. On the recommendation of a family member, we hired Platinum Pro to re-finish our kitchen. They had been very pleased with the results - and so are we. Todd was very helpful understanding our needs, explaining the work, and guiding us through the estimation process.
