We had our house built by Platinum Pro and we are extremely happy with the result. The construction is of great quality—no issues at all, except for a small issue with a door five years later, which they quickly fixed after we reached out. Throughout the process, communication was excellent, mostly through email, and they were always clear and transparent about timelines and costs. PlatinumPro team and Sam worked wonders with our build. Not only was there a tight schedule the guys delivered on the day promised. The whole experience was easy with the help of Sam and his team nothing was an issue and our home is beautiful and cosy in winter and open and airy in summer. We would definitely build with Sam again if the opportunity arises down the track.

Haven't build with Platinum Pro, but as a neighbor at their current building site I was very impressed receiving a letter notifying us of potential noise for pouring concrete and apologising for disturbances during this time. Never had this before being notified, well done Platinum Pro. Very professional.
