I don't typically leave reviews. My experience with PPCR has been so poor that I had to. Their crew has often had little idea of what they're doing or looking at, how to identify rot etc. I've had to babysit & review regularly. If I hadn't been on-site regularly, they would have left a ton of rotten plywood sub-floor in place, along with a number of other misses I had to point out to them.
