We had a leak in our unit and PPCR did a fantastic job repairing the damage. Every single person we dealt with from their team was courteous, polite and did great work. We have busy schedules and pets and the PPCR team did their best to accommodate our needs while ensuring the work was moving along efficiently. I would recommend PPCR without hesitation.

Top-Notch, Elite, Superb! Call Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration and be prepared to be amazed by their skillful professionalism paired with genuine kindness. We recently dealt with a burst sprinkler line in our wall, along with water and mold issues in other rooms—it was incredibly stressful. Platinum proclaim restoration has helped me restore/repair after I had several water leaks from above unit. Their team of staffs were all professional and friendly. Huge thanks to Reza and Joshua for constantly communicating with me of the process with transparency and patience. Also a special thanks to Joe who gave me a tip how to solve my issue with bed frame. i have had my ups and downs with restoration companies over the years and I was expecting much when this company came to look at my bathroom water leak. I got may more than 5 star treatment. Josh and Mac were involved, a joy to work with, ready to work out a plan, great communicators. the trades that they brought in were very star quality, all worked very hard to do what I wanted to do. I daresay that I got more than just a restoration project out of PPCR. Thanks guys.
