From Day 1 of our Condo water damage restoration process, Platinum Pro handled everything beautifully. Staff communicated effectively and warmly with us, the condo Council and my insurer. They didn't press us to move more quickly in choosing our flooring but once we did they provided a 16 day schedule from packup to pack back in, and they stuck to it. Kudos to all client facing staff (Brett, Karlee, Tammy) and all those who did the restoration work.
I had a flood in December 2024, and my strata company recommended Platinum. They came right away, on Boxing Day no less, and provided excellent service with a full dose of compassion. They were incredibly throughough and kept me fully informed about the timelines and project throughout. Platinum helped ease me through a very stressful situation. I fully endorse this company.
