A massive thank you to the restoration team at PPCR—especially Himanshu, Lacie, Howie, Ray, and Vir. Dealing with water damage is overwhelming, but they came in and worked absolute miracles. The crew was punctual, hard-working, extremely polite, and handled everything with complete professionalism. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

We had an unfortunate roof leak and Platinum Pro were great to deal with. We've used other companies in the past and they consistently didn't show up when they said they would. With Platinum Pro they communicated beforehand and always showed up on time and prepared. Richard who painted the place was meticulous and left things looking better than they were before the leak. Can't say enough about the whole team and their professionalism.

I was very lucky to have my repair project assigned to Josh C, Mac and team. After a very challenging experience working with another restoration company, I decided to find a different company to work with and PPCR handled the repairs efficiently, professionally and were very prompt with communication at all times. They finished the repairs quickly and to good quality and did everything they could to get things done according to the original schedule. Thank you!
