The work was always well done, the people doing the various jobs were polite and easy to get along with and the time line that was discussed was adhered to. Our insurance adjuster suggested that we contact TJ and his team at Platinum Pro Claim when we had to deal with a water leak which flooded out our basement living area. The PPCR team we had was great! Our condo was suffered badly in a water-leak incident. The team was able to clean up thoroughly, pack-up our contents, fix everything, and restore our condo back to a like-new condition in a reasonable timeline!
