Platinum private duty allows my Aunt to be taken care Of so, I can not have to worry about her and be able to make a living. Very thorough at making sure that all of her needs are met and she has provided for properly. They also make sure that the family is always happy with what is going on and how she is being treated. I’m disabled and a client for this company. My mother is my caretaker and called them to let them know she was going on vacation and told them I needed a different person to come in while she was gone. They assured her someone would come to help. It’s been 3 days and not one person has called us or showed up to help me. Absolutely unacceptable. My needs have been on hold for days now waiting for the bare necessities of life.

I live in a high-rise. Some residents are using Platinum aides. They are friendly but not professional. They sit outside on their phones and smoking cigarettes. They should be inside with their client. In a rare case you need to bring a child with you, they should be with you and your client not running around the building causing chaos. This is our home not a free for all.

Platinum private duty has been a Godsent for me with caring for both my parents. I absolutely love the owners and their staff is above and beyond. They make us feel like family.
