I had a very disappointing experience with this company. A staff member came into my backyard and was screaming, which was completely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. When I noticed I had been charged for chemicals that I believe were never added to my pool, I called the company and politely asked about it. Platinum Pools was excellent! This father/son team is very knowledgeable and friendly. I called them because I was having a problem with one of my skimmers not drawing water when I opened up the pool. They came out next day, and it ended up being a simple problem with the valve, but they took the time to educate me on my whole system and give me hints for opening and closing the pool. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
Amazing customer service. Super friendly! Helped me out in a pinch. I can't recommend them enough!
