Platinum Pools was excellent! This father/son team is very knowledgeable and friendly. I called them because I was having a problem with one of my skimmers not drawing water when I opened up the pool. They came out next day, and it ended up being a simple problem with the valve, but they took the time to educate me on my whole system and give me hints for opening and closing the pool. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
Amazing customer service. Super friendly! Helped me out in a pinch. I can't recommend them enough!
