We recently had a pretty complex issue with our pool system, and Brian at Platinum Pools was absolutely outstanding. His customer service skills are second to none, and his knowledge of pool systems is incredibly impressive. Within about an hour, Brian was able to accurately troubleshoot the problem, identify the root cause, and clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. His communication throughout the process was professional, thorough, and reassuring. Highly recommended!
Platinum Pools was assigned/chosen to fix a warranty issue through the original pool equipment provider. After speaking with my wife, the status and expected timeframe of the repair was unknown. Therefore, I called back to get a clearer understanding of the timeframe to expect. Instead, I got a wildly unprofessional response from the "owner". Brian was recommended by one of my wife’s employees who has a pool in our neighborhood. This is my first pool and I know nothing about them. I needed someone to look at our overall system and a company to do weekly service. Oh but you most certainly have and you know you have. You knowingly provided my hotel with a unit that you knew was incorrect prior to installation. Admitted it to my staff after we confirmed that it was and refused to make it right when asked to do so. As a customer living in the Fishers area and being recommended to me by someone I knew, I trusted your recommendation to which unit my property needed but you KNOWINGLY sold us an inferior unit that has been confirmed from a REPUTABLE company.
