Have had nothing but problems with Mark at Platinum pools.I do not even know where to start.This was a new house under construction and the pool was dug out in the winter.He assured me that it would not be a problem,well the whole left side of pool collapsed after the concrete was poured.Then when the liner came it was the wrong size and had to be returned.The filter he ordered was too small for the pool(this was confirmed by 2 other pool companies).Then he had to replace the auto fill 3 times over the summer which in turn f... read more
