Aaron was very responsive and helpful when I decided I wanted to find someone to sell me a hot tub and a sauna. Caitlin was very knowledgeable and helpful on the shop floor. Wyatt and Brad were excellent during install. I am very pleased with both product, install, and service. Recommend this outfit to anyone.

Service after payment was disappointing and difficult to obtain. Repeated requests for assistance went unanswered for too long. The lack of accountability was frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better from a company with this reputation.

The quality of the finished work was extremely disappointing. There were noticeable defects that should have been corrected immediately. Getting someone to take responsibility was a constant struggle. This was a frustrating and costly experience.

Customer service was unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Questions and concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. Promises made during the sales process were not fulfilled. The entire process felt disorganized from start to finish.

The workmanship was far below the standard I was expecting. Several issues appeared shortly after the installation was completed. Attempts to get support were frustrating and time-consuming. I would not recommend this experience based on the results received.
