Booked fortnightly pool servicing with this company. 1st service was great, 2nd service just didn't happen. Contacted the company and Josh treated me asthough this was my fault, complained about how busy he was and rebooked for the following week. This service went well, despite being 2 weeks overdue at this point. 2 weeks later, the next fortnightly service was due. Again, noone showed up. I waited 4 days, thinking they may have had to reschedule due to staff sick or on holidays. Still, noone showed and noone contacted me. ... read more
Great pool shop. Josh talked me through a pump issue and how to remove to take to shop. Fixed it right on the spot and gave great advice in putting it all back. Great for a woman who needs help and reassurance. Thank you.
