Tyler and his team at Platinum Plumbing are excellent. They were contracted when our house was built. However, we had some issues related to buildup in our plumbing (these are issues that the city is responsible for, not Platinum Plumbing) and Tyler has been with us every step of the way to help get the problem resolved, often times with no charge!
