Great people who do great work. Respond to my call quickly..
They do great work IF you can get them to respond to your service requests. This is for plumbing and heating - pretty important stuff to any homeowner. It would be polite if they just indicated that they're just too busy to work with you, instead they just end up wasting your time having you wait for basic communication.
He recommended another company that could help us with our gas fireplace. Much appreciated.
Definitely some of the nicest guys around. Easy to get in contact with, with no phone trees or run around. Have had the occasion to call them out twice, having been referred to them after purchasing a new home (two separate referrals coming from two separate types of issues). They were timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and got the jobs done with little fuss and absolutely no muss. Plan to keep their number on hand for all my future plumbing and heating needs and emergencies. Top notch crew!
I was recommended to Platinum Plumbing by a friend. I was having problems with a new fireplace. Justin came out, figured out the problem and got it fixed for me under warranty even though they didn't sell me the fire place. Because of this amazing service I decided to have them replace my 30 year old furnace with a new unit, they did an awesome job.
