We hired Platinum plumbing to replace our old furnace. We knew from previous experience with this company that they would do an excellent job. They are timely, professional, and very helpful in explaining things along the way. Chad has a crew of guys that really know what they are doing. I highly recommend this company if you want a smooth job that’s done right. 5 stars.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I cannot say enough about Chad, Levi, Jason and the rest of the team! I will never in the rest of my years deal with anyone else other then Platinum plumbing! So extremely knowledgeable, quick, thorough and so amazing to deal with! What an amazing experience and such professionalism. THANK you for assisting me with the rebuild of my home. Phenomenal experience dealing with you and your crew!!!
Chad and Jason did great work and were excellent communicators. They dealt with unexpected extra work quickly and without delay. Total pros.
Chad and his crew took the lead on adding a bathroom to our basement. What a fantastic experience dealing with them. Never thought our 1940s home would have a second washroom but they made it happen. They took care and made sure all inspections were done and approved. David worked his tail off through the whole process without ever hearing a single complaint. I would highly recommend Platinum Plumbing to any family and friends.
Thank you to Chad and his skilled and knowledgeable plumbers. Hooked up my gas line for the BBQ just in time for summer. There was a small Issue of compatibility from my BBQ to the standard gas fitting, Chad went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve worked with a lot of plumbing/pipe fitting companies and Chad + crew are on par with the best of them. I would recommend Platinum Plumbing to my friends, family and coworkers. Thank you.
