Billy (Platinum Plumbing owner) is professional, efficient and provides good pricing. He cleans up the workspace after completing the job as well. He explains everything and answers questions with a great deal of patience.
I was very satisfied with the job done by Billy. He came when he said he would and fixed the pipe that had burst very quickly. He also gave very good advice for what to do to prevent the pipe from bursting in the future (and gave the phone number of someone that could help) and answered all the questions I had related and unrelated to the job. Very rude. Called them for a plumbing repair at 6.30 pm, but their answer is unacceptable, very rude, claiming that it is not the right time to call them..
