I have had a nightmare with the Council street tree roots blocking my drainage pipes since 2019. I got Rob at Platinum Plumbing to clean them out, which he has done a number of times. His service was quick and very helpful. I would recommend Platinum Plumbing any day of the week.

Used this company for my new home build .They send un qualified plumbers to do the job and there work isn’t supervised or checked by an experienced plumber !!..I had sink leaking,downpipe needed to be re adjusted 3 times ( use a spirit level get it right the first time ).Kitchen sink wasn’t siliconed underneath mount,toilet seats crooked and inside the man hole too much to mention .Lucky I have 2 professional plumbers in my family who were able to rectify all there stuff ups !!
