Haven’t used Platinum Plumbing & Gas Solutions for plumbing, but had a run-in with one of their branded vehicles on the road. The driver was very impatient, sitting right on my tail and driving way too fast - at one point I thought they were going to hit me. Driving like that is reckless and sets a very bad impression for the business. If they can’t show responsibility and respect on the road, I would be worried about the level of care and customer service they provide. Not the way to advertise a company!

Not sure if these guys know anything about plumbing… but they sure know how to pull out onto oncoming traffic, then proceed to flip you off whilst driving a branded vehicle even though they were in the wrong! Not sure if that was in the marketing budget, but you sure got my attention with that one 🤣

We had no water to our house on the day of moving in. At short notice, Michael from their team came down and got us hooked up within minutes. A short time after Michel left our house to go home, I noticed a leak coming from the bath tap. I called Michael who turned around and came straight back in his own time to fix it. Michael and the rest of his company have gone above and beyond to help us out when they didn’t have to. I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Honest, trustworthy and caring, sums them up.

Extremely efficient, workmanship A1. Troy is amazing, fun and very knowledgeable and very customer friendly. Glen, Hilary and Karl make up a wonderful, professional service team. Committed to their customers and profession. Highly recommend, great at problem solving. Used their services many times and I won't use anyone else. Thankyou Platinum Plumbing Rosie
