I would not recommend these plumbers AT ALL! They have been involved in my plumbing on a new build and it’s disastrous. The guys doing the work are nice enough but my yard is flooding constantly in spite of of them putting huge highly dumps to the front of my yard o didn’t agree to. The water pressure in my taps is terrible and we have had to get them back numerous times to try fix their side of things on a brand new house and still it is an absolute mess. Don’t!! There are other plumbing options Dr lee Tayler

The work provided was good but the customer service and deceptive pricing is absolutely disappointing. Any attempts to dispute and question the pricing, we were thrown with very shady explanations with no real rundown of what we were charged such a high amount for a small job. Any questions we had in attempts for resolution resulted in them saying they'll refer us to a debt collection agency. Good workmanship by Rob tarnished by shady billing practices and deceptive pricing. My garden tap fell over resulting in a snapped small pipe. I was sent a $340 invoice for 27 minutes spent on my property. The most concerning part is they include a flat $45 fuel charge on every invoice no matter where you are based. Despite the business being located five minutes from my address, this charge was not disclosed upfront and only came to light after I specifically asked for a breakdown of the overinflated invoice.
