I did not have a great experience with a particular individual at this company. The work was fine and the other individual that was there was lovely, but the older man unfortunately left me with an overall bad experience. I will no longer use this company.

Mixed experience. Plumber was called for a major leak (could hear running water) at rental property. Plumber came in but couldn't find the leak and said would have to come back again. Given the severity of the leak, would have appreciated if they gave me a call if further investigation was required (e.g. cutting wall for access to leak) to prevent further water damage from occurring by leaving the leak unattended. Ended up attending to rental property / organising my own trades who fixed and resolved the issue quickly.

Haven’t used Platinum Plumbing & Gas Solutions for plumbing, but had a run-in with one of their branded vehicles on the road. The driver was very impatient, sitting right on my tail and driving way too fast - at one point I thought they were going to hit me. Driving like that is reckless and sets a very bad impression for the business. If they can’t show responsibility and respect on the road, I would be worried about the level of care and customer service they provide. Not the way to advertise a company!
