Many thanks to Adam and Joe for a skillful and professional approach to a complicated boiler repair in a cramped and awkward location. What a magnificent job they did and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Netley is very fortunate to have them here in our village.
Reliable, communication was great and did exactly what they said they would do. Fixed an additional issue with no charge while they did my gas safe cert, boiler service and radiator repairs. Would recommend and use again
Needed urgent plumbing work carried out,so once again called in Platinum Plumbing. Very responsive to messages and scheduled the work in in a timely manner. Adam and Joe did a fantastic job fitting a bathroom for us. However the new taps that they fitted developed a fault. I contacted Adam and they came out and fitted a new set for us without question. I highly recommend this company for their expertise and their service. They also reply promptly to emails and are punctual and professional.
My post here is not meant to be a good nor bad review. I am loyal to the companies I use and they all have been good and I ensure in return that they were treated with warmth & RESPECT, more so, especially now being a senior citizen. I moved down here from London area 15 years ago. Few months back had a small job to change the living room Radiator valve and had used Platinum.
