We have used Platinum Plumbing for several of our plumbing needs over the last few years. We are SO fortunate that they are always reliable and quick to come to our rescue! They are easy to schedule with and have always given us reasonable prices and perfect repairs! They were also wonderful to work with when we planned a replacement project. We had an issue with our water softener. Their tech came out immediately, and handled the issue professionally. When he was done he clearly explained the problem. They’re the only plumbers in the area I would call.
The crew was prompt and great with communications. I have a 100+ yr old home so there is always something crazy or messy with any project. Requested a disconnect of my old sink and faucet when having my countertops replaced. They presented with multiple options for new hardware & garbage disposal as well as using some of my original when reconnecting and they spotted some additional needed upgrades and maintenance that was needed. Overall it was the easiest and most pleasant part of my recent home repairs.
