I needed to replace my old worn kitchen tap, Sam fitted me a replacement and did an excellent job, really impressed! I would definitely be recommending Platinum Plumbers to anyone who asked and I'd have no hesitation in using their services again should the need arise!
Excellent service from Platinum. Our boiler broke so we called them. Rob came out quickly and gave us a fair estimate for the work. Sam did the boiler replacement and system flush. Lots of good points about this experience — they arrived when they said they would, did the job thoroughly and neatly, cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant people. Given one of the busiest periods on the year, platinum plumbers manage to get my water softener installed & commissioned within a few weeks - from first communication, planning to finished product. Sergio the plumber was exceptional, he was on time, showed very good craftsmanship from his work.
