Started with Platinum in March for my Shoulder, then working towards my back. My therapist was John. He is very knowledgeable with the different exercises and the proper techniques. Encouraged me to push through the pain and to do my best. Never tried dry needling or cupping before. It is definitely an acquired process, but I will say the after effect loosened things up. RecommendedMy physical therapist was so skilled and patient with me. I felt relaxed and confident that I was doing the best exercises. She inspired me more than I have ever been, to stick with the program to maintain and extend my gains. She was a great motivator while not putting on pressure. At age 71, I can't waste time getting weaker when I could be getting stronger!
