The driver of the vehicle with plate ending in 661 needs to learn how to drive. Unable to maintain their speed, going from speeding to under the speed limit to make it so I couldn't pass him, and then giving me the finger while I was finally able to pass him. Very unprofessional way to drive when your company name is all over the vehicle!
