Before booking we took a tour with Jennifer. She was very personable and caring to our needs of what we wanted. The venue is very affordable and cozy for what we needed. We will definitely use the space again in the future

I recently decorate an event on Dec 6th at Platinum, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience from start to finish. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and not presentable at all — it genuinely looked like they rolled out of bed to open the venue. Customer service was terrible, and any questions or concerns were met with attitude instead of assistance. The venue itself was in awful condition.
