We were recommended David and his company through a coworker of mine. David and his crew did an amazing job on our driveway. He and his workers went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that were asked and responded quickly and efficiently when returning calls. Didn’t show up and didn’t call. We called him and he said he had equipment trouble. Understandable but could you not call to let us know? Communication is key to good customer service. We boarded our dog in preparation for work on our driveway but guess we’ll eat that cost. But Platinum won’t be getting any money. We’ll go elsewhere.
Very worst work quality and bad working attitude. If there’s a zero star, the company would deserve to get it.
David was very responsive, on time, professional and did a great job sealing our driveway. He’s also priced right. We had another company quote us more than double his price. So make sure you get at least 2-3 quotes and give David or Platinum a chance to quote and do the job. On a side note, during the off season for driveway sealing, he can be an asset for other home, landscaping, snow removal needs.
David and his company was recommended by a friend. Did an efficient and good job sealing our driveway. Honest , fairly priced, and super friendly. Couldn’t have been more helpful! Thanks David , Ethan & all.
