I received three bids to replace my flagstone patio. Platinum was in line with the other numbers, but was quick to respond and professional in their communication. After many disappointments with contractors, we are so happy we selected platinum and love being on our patio! We met with and received proposals from several companies in the area for a new patio project. I am thrilled we chose Platinum. After meeting with their designer Brianna, she came back with ideas that were spot on with what we were looking for. We made a couple minor changes during the planning process which wasn’t a big deal and updated designs were turned around immediately. I worked with Adam and Scott throughout the project and I appreciate them working with me on the design to get me exactly what I needed.
