On days 1 & 2 we had great service, however before the job was complete the crew lead did not show up to work and completely disappeared 😕. This was the guy that was supposedly refinishing our cabinet doors and drawer fronts at the shop. We were understanding, sometimes people leave an employer with no notice, it took a few extra days to complete the job and it looked great for less than a year. We had a great experience with Chris of Platinum Paint Coatings. He responded to our call, showed up when he said he would, brought in a carpenter when areas on the outside of our house needed attention before they could be painted, and did an excellent job of painting. He asked us to walk around and make note of what we were not happy with. We appreciated his willingness to let us be the judge. Expensive but high quality.
We had our cabinets refinished and our backsplash done by Chris and his team in early November 2021.it’s upsetting having to write this review nearly a year later because overall the work itself was stellar! There were however some loose ends that needed to be tied up that Chris promised to finish before Thanksgiving. They did an great job on the exterior of my house. The crew was courteous and efficient.
I am over the moon excited about how my project turned out. It started with just having my kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity redone. The outcome was fabulous! It looks like I have brand new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. Then the work continued as they completely fixed trim that I had installed prior to them coming in that was a complete disaster!
