I am compelled to share my experience with Cody's services, which, regrettably, has been markedly below the professional standards one would expect. Despite our unwavering commitment to the project, both in terms of timely payments and clear communication, the outcome has been deeply disappointing. Firstly, the project, which commenced nearly a year ago, remains conspicuously incomplete. update : Platinum has closed in my hose now and are working on finish out in bathroom and siding. I am upgrading this review to three stars for the progress. I have let them know that my family relocates to Colorado for the summer and we are leaving next week until august. I let my project manager know about 7 days ago. If they finish on time I will rewrite the review again and grade based on quality of craftmanship of finished job.
