I have 2 daughters with braces fitted by this practice. At last visit braces adjusted for both and days later both daughters bits they put on brine off for both. Was able to have one daughter returned next day to fix it but day later broke again and another bit fell off. Best the practice could do was fit them in 3 days later to fix the problems they caused. My daughters have been in discomfort since and difficulty eating because of it and to compound the problem my daughters have eating disorders and seeing medical support ... read more

Fantastic experience over the course of getting my orthodontics treatment. Gavin is so pleasant to deal with and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Would give more stars if i could! thank you.

Absolutely thrilled with the service but more importantly the outcome. We will definitely be returning when my son needs his braces. Can't recomment highly enough. Great dealing in every way.

Gavin Lenz and the team at Platinum Orthodontic provided professional and thorough advice and service. Carolyn, the practice receptionist, was always friendly, welcoming and professional. We found Gavin to be always considerate of individual needs and punctual. His level of patient care is unique as personal. Our son and daughter both have fabulous smiles to show for our association. It was a comfortable journey for both of them. Thank you 😊
