Today I visited Platinum Orthodontics and it’s honestly the best service I’ve had in such a long time! I had to bring my 3 young children to the appointment and Emily and Kelly were so friendly and accommodating with them. Kelly then scanned my mouth for a retainer replacement but realised my wire was broken. Gavin kindly came in to remove the wire and advise of next steps inbetween appointments. Great team and level of expertise in this practice. A complicated process was made to seem a breeze with Dr. Ong, made me feel comfortable and assured through out. Would highly recommend Dr. Ong and her team who continued to accommodate appointments with my travel schedule :-) P.s. Would go back in a heart beat but I really hope I dont have to.
Platinum Orthodontics provided a great experience during my recent visit. I came in to have a wire retainer repaired after it had come loose on one tooth. The consultation was efficient, with the entire process completed within 15 minutes. The orthodontist was warm, professional, and easy to talk to, making the visit feel relaxed and comfortable.
