Scott and Josh are highly skilled and knowledgeable mechanics, and their work is testament to it. Their ability to diagnose, solve and repair a variety of issues and get you back on the road fast, is top notch and goes above and beyond your expectations. Their customers concerns and questions are answered with compassion and exceptional response. They get the job done right with excellent customer service. It’s no doubt they will be my number one shop for all my auto needs along with many others. Great work gents!
Took our truck there a month ago. We received one excuse after another for it not being done, then they finally got it back to us for a $1200 bill. We couldn't even drive it a mile before it stalled out again. Do not recommend.
Good service, clean place, and fair price. Seem very professional and friendly. I like that they checked the pils and fluids as well, and gave som advise on when to do what. all in all good experience.
Platinum One agreed to take our car in and fix it the next day when no other auto body shops in town would even take a look at it for several days. When our car broke down while we were supposed to be back in Michigan the next day, the guys at Platinum took time out of their busy schedule and make sure that we got home on time, and for a great price. Amazing service, amazing people, by far the best auto body shop in Sandusky. 10/10
