Platinum Music Service was absolutely amazing. They really customized the night for our wedding and went above and beyond with their communication. I couldn't hear enough from the guest about how amazing our dj Cam was. Thank you for making my wedding the best night of my life.
Going with Platinum music services was one of the worst decisions I made for my wedding . The only reason I hired them was to get the “dance on cloud” experience. After providing his team specific instructions,instead of releasing the cloud during our first dance, he releases it while I’m walking in for the entrance. So when we are dancing, there is no cloud. I had reached out to Doug and his team to DJ and photobooth my wedding on August 12, 2023. It was such a phenomenal experience! The DJ Andrew was absolutely amazing! He started off the music with a bang and played hits all night! He also arrived and set up early with no issues. Also helped MC our special day and made sure he was playing all the music we wanted. Doug and his team was amazing during our ceremony and reception. Both music and light displays were as promised. Doug and his team are very organized way ahead of the wedding. Met a year ahead of the wedding date and organized our needs and wants to have the best experience possible during our special day.
