Kind of a kind Rant....I recently drove from Denver to Martinez to see friends and family. Almost as soon a I got here, my power steering went out and I took my car to Platinum Motors on Alhambra Ave. for the worst auto repair experience of my life. Not only did they mis-diagnose the issue, they took over three weeks to get the car back to me. And they lied to me, multiple times, in the process. If I could give this business zero stars, I absolutely would. I brought my secondary vehicle in for both mechanical and autobody work—and it turned out to be a huge mistake. Communication was consistently poor, and they held onto my car for three months with little to no updates. The worst part? My vehicle was broken into while in their possession. Drove 3 total hrs on a freezing night to look at a very specific car. I called before we left our home at 5pm- owner told me they're there til 8pm. An hour into our trip the sales guy is blowing up my boyfriend's phone- "making sure you're coming so we can get the car ready for you." We get there, the car is so cold the windows are frosted over, and there's two cars parked horizontally in front of it completely blocking it off! Had amazing experience with them all the time. I have purchased 7 cars from these guys and always had an amazing experience. Boris & his team always stayed behind and make sure me and my family is happy. I start buying from them back in 2013 back then were in San Leandro CA. Go see them highly recommended.

I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see the guys at Platinum motors. The staff there is amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers. I can't say enough good things about Boris and his team. This is my Roush stage 3 purchased from them.
