Very bad experience with service department. No ride, No shuttle or uber ride provided. First they said they can provide ride only for pickup and later they denied for pickup as well. Really shit customer service.

He was very kind and honest. He wasn't overly pushy in trying to make us buy a vehicle from him which swayed us into buying from Platinum Mitsubishi, which is a family owned dealership, over other dealerships we visited. Highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend Tobyn!!
My gas cap wouldn't open, so I popped into see If Platinum Mitsubishi Service could look at it. I had no appointment, but Stivan took care of me immediately & a technician had it open and working properly in minutes! I was so appreciative that they could fix it on the spot!
