Absolutely love the energy at Good Well Studios - I’m a mum of 3 little kids and have found this to be the perfect way to balance the demands of my life, with a wellness space that welcomed me from where I started (no ‘exclusive fit people only’ vibes), and also challenges me every time I go (my favourite classes are hot mat 🧘‍♀️ and good muscle 💪). Joined The Good Well through my workplace Fitness Passport 5 weeks ago. I came with the intention to enjoy movement again. I was stuck in a rut trying to balance kids schedules with full time work and not taking a minute for myself. The Good Well has given me 45 minutes for me each day, whether I get there forst thing in the morning or last thing at night, I make sure I do. I did a trial here a while ago and there were a lot of positives (as you can see from the other reviews posted). The reason I didn't join was the shower/changing room situation. There were only about 4 showers available (not many when you consider the large classes going on and finishing all at once). This lead to long waiting times to use a shower (which you definitely need after hot pilates, believe me) especially when there were some women taking 12-15+ minutes to shower!
