Best Computer Store in NOVA I highly recommend PME. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they have the cheapest prices in the area. Way better service and savings than any big box store. If you need anything computer related this is definitely the place to go.
Business Owner I have been doing business with this store for years and they have never diappointed me. I have bought at least 10 computers for my business along with software and hardware. These guys are awesome. I will continue to do business with them as long as they are open. I can't believe other reviews that are negative. This must be competition or something.
Avoid A generally shady store. They run stuff cheap, but you pay for it on the end of customer service. If you get what they shipped quickly and don't have problems, then you're fine. BUT, if you have any problems, don't look for them to help you much with an RMA. They pretty much just want the money then throw you under the bus afterwards.
Great Shop... I'm a tech so I'm not really one to ask for advice from the store owner or assistants. I'm only writing this review because the one by "Snoby" must be from a competitor and I just want to help set the record straight. PME carries superior equipment and doesn't mess with cheaper hardware, if your in the business you know that asus makes the best boards, WD and Seagate, the best drives etc... William Lee I have been purchasing computers and parts from this store for over 15 years and I have the owners and tech staff to be very reliable in service and personal care for each customer. They offer the best prices and service in the area. I travel over 30 miles each way to purchase from this store. They are fair with their personal assessments of computers that need repairs and they charge very reasonable prices for upgrades. They do not repair items on computers that do not need repairs either, like some dealers have... read more
Snoby People who work there are knowledgeable but hold strong opinions. They shoot down your ideas, and try to make you feel bad if you purchased parts from somewhere else by saying stuff like "You should have came to me first." Prices are all right, there are cheaper ones else were, they wont change there own prices to match others, even though i wouldn't buy from them. Location looks rather bad too, very "shady" looking on the outside, and even a little more inside. Very crammed.
