I had a very bad experience at Platinum Medical Spa. I have Botox regularly and have never had any problems before, but this time was completely different. After my treatment, I started experiencing severe headaches, blurry vision, and swelling in my face. It has been almost a month, and I am still suffering from these symptoms. Hands down to the absolute best laser clinic in Edmonton! Hana and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. I’ve been going to her for quite some time now and have always had a great experience as she takes the time to answer questions, explain treatments thoroughly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic is clean, organized, and the results have been excellent. I highly recommend Hana and her team to anyone considering laser treatments! 10/10!!
☆☆☆☆ The biggest disappointment was the reception staff. They were unfriendly, unprofessional,They didn’t seem interested in helping or answering my questions, and their attitude made the entire experience unpleasant. Customer service is just as important as the treatment itself, and unfortunately, this clinic failed in that aspect.
I had an amazing experience with Ayah! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional throughout my laser appointment. Ayah was also wonderful in her receptionist role welcoming, organized, and always friendly. I highly recommend Ayah to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you for such a great experience.
