All the staff there are great the doctors are great and I’ve feel so comfortable when I go there
I had an appointment with dr Sharma and I wish I have never had that appointment. First of all I waited for her 45 minutes and had no explanation or "sorry" from her but the room was smelling food when I entered. I had problem with my tonsils few weeks after moving to Brisbane from overseas and mentioned her that I recently moved to Australia, I have no experience in hospitals here. Fractured foot, went to Satellite Hospital where they did x-ray, provided a moon booth and sent me back to GP to get a CT scan Made an appointment with Dr Sharma, after waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time, Dr proceeded to google my fracture, to then tell me to go to the Emergency Department for care. Then charged me for the pleasure. Competence and care are not the words that come to mind reviewing this practitioner.
