This is a very dishonest company which does not stand behind their work. Rick is rude and should not be in customer service. They charged us for the second time after missing the first diagnosis and charging for it and astronomical fee they do not honor their 30 day warranty.
Very dissatisfied with the service. It took 3 separate service calls and 900.00 later to repair my dishwasher. Then when I called them to service my Wolf Microwave, they never told me they aren't a preferred vendor for Wolf. They came and charged me 159.00 for a service call, then called back to tell me the clip assembly for the handle would be 359.00 (in addition to the 159.00).
