Fast scheduling. Even with a mishap on scheduling I was still squeezed in and had amazing service. The price is very reasonable. I needed a cleaning and got check that, nothing else was found wrong to make the price more. A very honest company. I will recommend to family, friends, and anyone who asks.

Needed a pressure tank replaced and he came out to assess it the next day. Very high quality work at a super fair price. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful answering a bunch of questions I had. I've used a few other plumbing companies in Fairbanks and Platinum Mechanical has been my best experience by far.
