First, I don't leave reviews. But I feel like I need to share how amazing Platinum Mechanical is. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the only people I trust to work on anything that goes wrong in my home. Fast solid work. An additional issue arose after they departed. Hoping to see them in the a.m.
Thank you so much! My furnace went out at midnight, i was losing heat, i called 4 different places and nobody answered! I called this place, and they answered on like the second ring! Gave me some things I could try before having them come out, it didn’t work out for me, so I called back, and right away He answered, and came right over! (Its around 4:30 am at this point.) My heat was back on MINUTES after his arrival! My house is warming, my kids, fur babies, and plants are warm, and happy!
