Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable We booked this limo service for our wedding day and were extremely disappointed with the experience. Although our hair and makeup ran slightly late, we had intentionally booked extra time to account for this and did not exceed our reserved time. Despite this, the driver was incredibly rude to me and my bridal party, even going so far as to swear at us. Terrible experience, would definitely not recommend this service. Driver was rude and unprofessional. What was supposed to be a special moment left me feeling sad and disappointed with my experience. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else

Ray was absolutely wonderful and made my wedding day a breeze! He kept me cool, calm and collected and was extremely helpful. He arrived early and waited patiently for us to be ready to leave. He knew all the best tips on how to get into a limo in a wedding dress! He kept the tunes pumping the whole ride to the venue and was incredibly kind and funny. I would highly recommend Ray and Platinum Limousines for any event!
