My experience with Platinum Limos has been HORRIBLE. Rick ghosted my fiancé and I after we paid a deposit for our wedding day. We even had to get our families to contact him as he wouldn’t respond to us. In the end he said he would only give us our deposit money back if we took our reviews down. Safe to say we lost our deposit money. Very unprofessional.

We booked Rick and Platinum for our daughter's 20th birthday party. Rick went above and beyond. Very clean and professional from start to finish. The girls had a great time going to and from dinner. Booked a limo for my wife and her friends to go wedding dress shopping for the day. Platinum upgraded them the party bus. Driver was phenomenal, nice modern equipment kept in awesome condition. Definitely plan to use their services again
