I would never use this place. I had "won" a $100 gift certificate at a fund raiser. When I tried to redeem it the only one who would answer my calls or e mails was a guy who had no ability to answer any questions. So I repeatedly tried to contact the higher ups only to be completely ignored. It's pretty low to scam a fund raiser.

We used Platinum Limousine for a 30th birthday party that traveled from Rochester to Niagara Falls to Buffalo and back. We had several stops and some strange requests (such as being dropped off in Niagara Falls so we could walk across the bridge into Canada) - Platinum Limo helped us plan and was a pleasure to work with all around! Our driver Lenny was absolutely great and made very helpful suggestions (such as make stops for bathroom breaks). Thanks so much, guys!
