While mistakes happen, when it is the mistake of the business they should find a way to make it right. A good friend of our had a reservation for the day with this company. When they didn't show she called and was told that they forgot. Not acceptable!
Forgot they had a reservation for my friends sons birthday. Ruined his special day with his friends.
If you want to have a nice day celebrating your child's birthday with their friends then I wouldn't recommend them. They just "forget". I guess people just forget what their company does to make money!
Obviously not that "professional" to just forget about an appointment.. much less for a child's birthday! Way to go guys�
Awesome for senior prom. My daughter and her friends said that the limo ride was greatest part of prom. Friendly ,courteous and professional service.
