We met Phil the owner after viewing a used reconditioned Jacuzzi. After thinking hard we decided to buy a new hot tub from Platinum Leisure after being offered a fantastic price. Delivery, steps, cover, lifter, starter chemicals and installation was all included in the price and was delivered, installed and up and running just days after making the payment. From the point of initial enquiry, through the sale process up to the point of installation, customer service and advice has been excellent. For any after sales queries and questions, answers came straight back and were extremely helpful. Would recommend without hesitation
I chose Platinum Leisure because they were local and had the right size of hot tub I was looking for. Within one week, it was delivered, set up and running. This was a surprise birthday present for my husband and they bent over backwards to make sure it was delivered and fully installed before he came home!
