Scummy company. They sell rebranded Chinese Red Light Therapy panels from the OEM "E.Shine Systems Limited" on AliBaba. So go and buy yourself an identical panel from them for much less money and better customer service. I placed an order for nearly 2,000 dollars of their Platinum LED Therapy lights called BioMax. These people didn’t even have the item in stock and didn’t notify me that the item wasn’t in stock. I was expecting delivery of my item and it never came. I’ve had nothing but a heartache trying to receive a refund, they don’t answer their calls and then tried to charge me shipping cost when they don’t even put a shipping charge on their invoice and don’t have the item you ordered to ship!
