I placed an order for nearly 2,000 dollars of their Platinum LED Therapy lights called BioMax. These people didn’t even have the item in stock and didn’t notify me that the item wasn’t in stock. I was expecting delivery of my item and it never came. I’ve had nothing but a heartache trying to receive a refund, they don’t answer their calls and then tried to charge me shipping cost when they don’t even put a shipping charge on their invoice and don’t have the item you ordered to ship! Be careful! Bad service, canceling transactions is not respected! Bunch of crooks!
Absolute junk lights. Switches burn up 2x half of one board does not work and a driver has failed. Now they won't respond. Do not do business with these rejects. Warranty means nothing to them.
