Great service and quality products so all round great experience
I had a wonderful experience at Platinum Laboratory Service. I visited to purchase training vials and ampoules for my nursing practical exams, and I was truly impressed. Marcia and Mark, the lovely couple who run the place, were extremely kind and supportive. They took the time to explain in detail how the vials and ampoules are made and even showed me the machinery and process behind it all. Mark and Marcy of Platinum Lab Services are awesome! I first stumbled across this company in 2018 and was impressed by the range of skill they have in both scientific glassblowing and providing a wide ambit of borosilicate lampworking services. Mark taught me flameworking and I'm now confident to blow, shape and anneal glass!
Couldnt be happier. Not just a glass blower, excellent consultancy for solutions with industry experience.
