The customer service was outstanding and I would recommend this store to anyone. We walked in to buy a new kitchen faucet and after talking to Shelby she offered to contact American Standard on our behalf and get us spare parts for our existing unit. Shelby followed up with us and communicated delays on delivery. We never once had to call the store for information. If the spare parts do not work to fix our leak, we will go back to buy a faucet I saw in their store. Awesome service!
We are in the process of completing some bathroom renovations and went to Platinum for 1/2 of our bath accessories. The staff are super super friendly and very helpful. They walked my mum and I through all the bathroom accessories we would need for the renovations. They provided us quotes that worked within our price range.
