Honest and attentive to detail.
We first used Platinum 12+ years ago for all the fixtures needed for a bathroom reno. Since then we have bought many excellent fixtures etc from them. The service both before and after purchase has always been top notch. Recently Hector was very patient in guiding me through the steps to remove and replace the original shower valve which was sticking. He has helped me many times through the years so thought I'd finally write it up.
Shelby and the gang always help whenever possible. Lots of options, and if it's not in stock, they get items quickly!
